For the exposed elbows of the costume, I went to a local bargain discount store (Honest Ed's for those who care) and picked up a longsleeve shirt for $3.97. Yeah. Under four bucks. :D

Thanks, the philosophy I'm trying to follow is 'the sum of several shoddy party oughtta be half decent when slapped together'. ;) I'm going to try to have this thing done by the 15th. So I can rest.

Your project is coming right along. You have some really great plans. My 4 year old is now set on being a transformer for halloween. I better get busy.
